I friend of mine had a cat and he had to give the cat away as his son was allergic to him. He gave the cat to us when he was about 3 months old. When we picked him up he moaned all the way home and tried to get out of the car. He was adorable but very,
very naughty - he reminded me of Asterix (the character in Axterix and Obelix). He didn't sit still but ran like a "mad" cat up and down our furniture. But Asterix grew up he became the most placid, loveable, gentle "speaking" cat ever. Asterix is 12 years old now.
