I am involved in cat rescue, Delta Society Pet partners - in training with my 14 year old cat Bordeaux, and proud cat owner of Bordeaux, Patches, Sunshine, Beaujolais, Buffy, and Angel, who wants to write real letters to real people as a way to communicate. I am tired of TWEETS, email, and FACEBOOK as a way to relate to people. I miss getting REAL mail.
I garden and work as a consultant in nonprofit world. I live in a town of 100,000 in Mid-Missouri. Right now it is hotter than heck and very very humid. A lot of my time right now is involved in caring for my 7 year old DSH orange tabby Angel who was just recently diagnosed with feline asthma and a paralyzed diaphram. He is doing better and according to his vet hospital amazingly well since, well, they thought he would have died by now (2 months into treatment). He is receiving acupuncture weekly and it is really amazing to see him chill out and do so much better.
Anyway I am not looking for romance, I am looking for friendships, male and female, to just write letters back and forth. My cats will frequently write as well. They all have their own writing style so be prepared. |
